So my regulator is my mask?
The PADI Full Face Mask Specialty provides the safety, technical and practical knowledge needed to become a competent and comfortable full-face-mask diver.
Begin with a pool orientation to understand the mask system, then demonstrate the required skills in open water.
Course Details
- Minimum age: 15 years
- Prerequisite: Open Water Diver
- Duration: 2 days
- Day 1: pool orientation and classroom theory
- Mask fitting and adjustment
- Mask-removal techniques
- Day 2: open-water training at Vobster Quay or Surrey Hills Dive Lake
- Skills practice and exploration of the dive site

Important Information
- Lake entrance: £15
- Air fill: £7, with 1 required
- Bring food and drinks or money to purchase them
- LSD does not provide transport to the open-water site; car sharing will be sought but cannot be guaranteed
- A Scuba Review is required if you have not dived within 12 months: £99, normally £109
