Request deletion of your personal data

London School of Diving respects your privacy and your rights over the personal information we hold about you.

How to make a deletion request

Email info@londonschoolofdiving.co.uk with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include your full name and the email address and/or telephone number you used with London School of Diving so that we can locate the relevant records. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask you to do so.

What happens next

We will verify your request and respond within the applicable statutory timescales. We will delete or anonymise personal information where we are required to do so, and explain the outcome to you.

Information we may need to retain

We may need to retain limited information where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes, safety and incident records, PADI or other training-certification administration, fraud prevention, security, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where this applies, we will explain the reason.
