Our CPR and First Aid courses build confidence and increase your willingness to respond in a medical emergency. You will learn simple steps for emergency care using internationally recognised medical guidelines.
The training meets the requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings, combining knowledge development, practical skills and realistic scenario practice.
Course Details
- Duration: approximately 3–4 hours
- Times: Mondays and Fridays at 12:00
- Practice Primary Care and CPR skills
- Practice Secondary Care and First Aid skills
- Participate in life-saving scenarios
- Complete the course exams
- EFR online theory for home study included
Important Information
- Full CPR and First Aid course: £150
- CPR refresher: £125 including e-card certification, for participants who currently hold CPR training
- Training is supported by self-study manuals, videos and quick-reference cards
