The PADI Advanced Open Water course is designed to enhance your diving skills in a number of specialty areas whilst gaining supervised experience. It consists of five open water dives in specialist diving areas including deep and navigation. Upon completion you will be qualified to dive to 30 meters in conditions similar to or better than those you were trained in.
For the academic work we register you for the online Advanced eLearning. You will need to read and complete the sections relevant to the dives you are taking. Please make sure this is completed before your dives and you bring with you your e-record.
The first dive day is spent at Wraysbury Dive Lake where you will complete three adventure dives, Rescue, Navigation and DSMB, the second day is spent at Vobster Quay in Somerset, where will complete your last two dives deep and wreck. During Winter you have the option to add a Drysuit orientation to your booking, a drysuit will help offset the colder conditions and provide you with an additional skill to your bow.
