Meet The Team

Nick Mobley – Managing Director

Nick went well beyond badge collecting. When he came in to do his Divemaster course with LSD a few years back he ended up buying the company. We still think that is the biggest up-sell in PADI history! He is an Assistant Instructor and spends his time mostly pushing the LSD brand to new heights behind the scenes. Nick used to work in the world of IT & Consulting before seeing the light and living the life of riley.

Colin Mac Andrias – Center Manager & PADI Course Director

Colin worked for 6 years in Dahab, Egypt before escaping back to the cooler climes of London. After a spell at Diver Magazine testing gear and jetting off to various foreign hotspots in the name of work, he finally settled with us here at LSD. Colin heads the staff at LSD and leads all the PRO courses at the center and has been the force behind LSD achieving the highly coveted PADI CDC award for 7 years in a row since 2009 as well as him having been awarded a Platinum Level Course Director.

Neil Thomas – Assistant Manager & PADI Course Director

Neil escaped from normal life in the UK in 2006 in search of the fountain of youth, but after completing his PADI instructors course in Cyprus he realized the scuba life was a much more desirable occupation. He has a fantastic diving CV, teaching in many countries around the world including Thailand, Australia, Egypt and the Caribbean to name but a few. Eventually after 4 years teaching, his journey across the globe brought him to LSD where he is now our Assistant Manager and also assisting Course Director on all the Instructor Development Courses.

Jen Hart – Assistant Manager

Jen spent the past 18 months working as an Instructor in both Honduras and on the Great Barrier Reef, however her love of home brought her back to the UK. Not wanting to stop Instructing this bought her through the doors of LSD where Jen is currently training to become a Staff Instructor to assist on the IDC programs as well as continue teaching all the other diving courses. With the majority of her diving being in tropical waters; she is looking forward to expanding her dive skills in UK waters.
